Here I have collected images from my “Hana Wabi-Sabi” project. “Wabi-Sabi” is a concept based in the Japanese Buddhist philosophy that focus on appreciation of the imperfect and fleeting, both in life and in art. “Wabi-Sabi” also incorporates the beauty of the cycle of growth and decay in nature, represented in these images by the dry and frozen remains of grass and herbs with their fantastic shapes and structures.
